My name is Cindy and I created this blog simply because I wanted to share my experience with Angels Eyes, the tear stain remover. When I first tried their product with my dog back in January of this year, I was disappointed at the lack of results it yielded along with the customer service, or lack thereof. First and foremost, it took an EXTREMELY long time to get my first bottle. I paid and did not receive my bottle for almost two weeks. Upon arrival I opened up the packing it came in and immediately realized that there was no seal on the bottle. When I first spoke with someone from Angels Eyes I was told that each bottle is sealed before shipment. I didn’t think much of it and figured it was an honest mistake. I called a representative from Angels Eyes and let them know my bottle had no seal on it. They told me that it was “still good” and to use the product anyway. I did just that…
I followed the instructions for dosages for the entire bottle and noticed virtually no results. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed. I called Angels Eyes immediately and explained to them the situation from beginning to end. I also let them know that the bottle was NOT sealed and asked if this might have had something to do with it, in which they replied “absolutely not” and continued to assure me that their product is fresh and safe to use. I told them I was still interested in using their product, but was a little upset about the late shipment, unsealed bottle and poor of results. They obviously did NOT care because I asked if they were willing to sell me a bottle at cost (I figured this was the least they could do considering the situation) and they said absolutely not. Needless to say, this left a very poor taste in my mouth…

My dog has absolutely no pet coat stains or tear stains. I am happy to report that not only am I seeing consistent results, but I am saving money at the same time.
